We’ve noticed a significant increase in the number of enquiries for appraisals, inspections, and general real estate discussions in the past few weeks despite the recent interest rate hike by the Reserve Bank.
Additionally, we’re observing a growing number of properties hitting the market at readjusted prices. This is a positive sign for buyers, as it presents a wider range of options which I believe was a reason the market slowed down a little.
If you’re considering making a move in the real estate market, now may be a good time to do so. While many buyers sitting in the wings waiting for prices to drop, now may be the time to find your dream home or make a sound investment.
